Paul Chun offers a wealth of investment and biotechnology corporate strategy experience to Westwicke Partners’ life sciences clientele. Over the past several years, Paul has conducted research and performed financial and business analysis within a variety of investment and financing settings, including public and private equity transactions, long/short portfolio management, and corporate finance.

Paul began his career on the sell side at Goldman Sachs where he supported the firm’s top-ranked equity research coverage over several large and small cap biotechnology and life science tool stocks. In 2007, Paul moved on to the buy side with the Tavistock Group’s San Diego-based healthcare fund, where he performed investment diligence, implemented valuation techniques, structured equity and derivative trading strategies, as well as provided business development and strategic support for select private portfolio holdings. In 2009, Paul transitioned into the industry with Amgen’s Finance and Strategy division where he continued to build upon his expertise in strategic business planning and corporate financial management.

Paul received his bachelors in biological sciences from Columbia University. He resides in Los Angeles, CA, with his wife and daughter.
